At one Point, isn’t it easier to just Share?

Even been irritated that you spent hours working on a document, only to find that a colleague was working on the same thing? Now, you’ve been told you have to work your way through both files and see who changed what and where and which version you need to use as your final copy. More than that, now you need to get this copy to the entire team on this project, but it’s actually too big to send via email. Short of walking around your office with a flash drive, or sending a CD via DHL, this is turning into a nightmare!

What if your company used a tool, in which you could store all your documents online, you were able to know when other people were editing a file so you didn’t duplicate work and you could also collaborate and share files with any team member, anywhere in the world?
